There's something quietly powerful about being in a room - even a virtual one - where every woman present has stopped pretending to be fine.
The Safe to be You Circle is a small group coaching experience where the work is real, the space is safe and the relief of hearing someone else say out loud exactly what you've been thinking privately is part of the transformation itself.
What this is - and what it isn't
This isn't a drop-in group, an open discussion forum or a webinar series. It's a guided coaching experience held with the same small group of women each week over 6 consecutive sessions.
That consistency matters. Trust builds over time - and it's from that foundation of trust and safety that real change becomes possible.
Each session is coach-led with space for reflection, honest conversation and the kind of gentle but honest questioning that helps you see yourself more clearly.
Sharing is always optional. You'll never be asked to go further than feels safe.

How the Circle works
Each Circle runs as a 6 week programme with a maximum of 6 women per group - small enough for genuine intimacy, large enough for the richness of shared experience.
Sessions are live and coach-led, held weekly at a consistent time so the rhythm becomes part of your week.
Each week has a clear focus - we don't jump around or cover everything superficially. We go deeper into what actually matters.
Sessions include coaching input, guided reflection and space for honest conversation. Meditation may be offered as an optional grounding tool.

The next Circle begins Thursday 14 May 2026 and runs for 6 consecutive weekly sessions from 11 am - 12 pm.
Session dates: 14 May - 21 May - 28 May - 4 June - 11 June - 18 June
Investment: £395
Places are limited to 6 women and allocated following a short conversation to make sure the Circle feels like the right fit for you.
If this cohort isn't the right timing, you're welcome to register your interest for the next Circle later in the year. Future cohorts will be £595.
