Walk slowly.
Notice colour returning to trees.
Let your shoulders drop.
Movement + nature = regulation.
5. Release Bath or Shower
Imagine winter tension washing away.
Visualisation enhances physiological relaxation.
Spring rituals don't need to be aesthetic.
